In and around 2015, close friends and colleagues, Johann Hoffmann, and Andree Fusch, both found themselves employed at top companies but in declining sectors riddled with constant retrenchments and restructuring programs being at the order of the day.

Entrepreneurs and self-starters at heart, Johann and Andree saw huge potential and opportunities looming in the alternative electrical supply sector and they both believed that the services industry as a whole was ripe for a fresh new way of doing business.

In 2017, after having worked on smaller projects in the preceding months, Eikebosch Elektries was formally registered as an Electrical Contractor with the main goal to provide expert electrical services for domestic, commercial and industrial clients in Construction, Alternative Power Supply and Specialised markets.

Based in Stellenbosch the company services clients and manages new installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects in the greater Metropole and Boland area. It was decided early on that the business will focus on delivering a range of services that serve a wide spectrum of electrical needs.

While there is currently a myriad of electrical contract service providers (large and small), many of which are not registered and authorized to do the work they do, Eikebosch Elektries have made a principled decision not to try and compete in that crowded space, but instead, to focus on their own value system and on delivering on client’s requirement and to serve specialised market needs.

With extensive experience on quality control systems such as IEC, SABS and NOSCAR, our immediate focus is to ensure the sustainability of the services we provide, continuous training and improvement of our staff, and broadening our scope of expertise.
